A Visit at Les Zen Baby Spa

When we were invited to try out a newly-opened spa. I thought it was just one of those normal spa in the market. The service that this spa made them stand out among others is their BABY SPA.

I am actually aware that there are spa like that especially in the metro, but I haven't heard anything near our area that offers the same thing. Not until we paid a visit at Les Zen Spa.

(Baby Kit - FREE for those availing of 3 session and up)
Les Zen is a newly-opened spa located at Lucky Bldg., Mc. Arthur Hi-way, Balibago, Angeles City. Aside from the baby spa, this is the spa that's OPEN 24 HRS. Isn't it amazing? Anytime that you want to pamper yourself, even in the wee hours of the morning, you can pay them a visit.

Aside from the reception area, the spa also has an area where customers can wait for the service rendered to them. It also serves as a selfie area as what they call it.
When we arrived there. their staff were very accommodating. Since they know that we were for the baby spa experience, one of the staff went to me and asked if they could carry my baby. It is actually their practice that they let the babies be familiarize with the masseur who will do the service to avoid babies that are having tantrums. I am actually lucky that my baby doesn't really do heavy tantrums which makes it easy for me to bring him anywhere.
They also have a play room where babies and toddlers can stay while their parents are having their massage. It is also the exact place where the baby spa was held.
The baby spa was simple. They will just prepare warm water and will put it in the baby spa. The staff wet my baby's feet first to feel the water, then eventually, she let baby go with the support of the lifebuoy for babies.
He was there for a little less than 10 minutes. Then afterwards, the masseur gave her a little massage. Baby likes it, but I think the service was quite short and was finished quickly. Baby then played with the toys again.
Overall, the service was great but the only downside the spa could have was their very long preparation of the service. They were the ones who invited us to try their services and we were actually expecting a little delay because there were a lot of customers. But not to the extent that it will take 6 hrs. We arrived at the spa by 2pm. We were just 3 bloggers that time and I declined my own service in exchange of the baby spa experience for my son. I didn't imagine it would took that long.

In the end, only one of my colleagues were serviced for their "sought-after" spa service. We finished at around 8pm. For me, that waiting game is just a big no-no even if we are regular customer or not.

I would still recommend tying the spa though. I heard their services were something that customers always look forward to. Plus they have very kind and accommodating staff.

Much Love, Mommy ❤

  1. Nowadays, babies and kids are lucky because there are different products and services that cater them. I hate waiting so waiting for 6 hours, ang dami ko na pwede magawa niyan.

    1. True! Good thing my husband and baby was soooo patient that day. I guess it pays to ask how many hours the whole waiting time would be.

  2. Oh, it's my first time to hear of a baby spa here in the Philippines. It's nice for the mom's so they can bring their babies too when they get a massage. Though, yikes? 6 hours, that's a bit long. Sounds like a waste of time. I do hope they fix their service, sayang naman.

    1. I don't think the waiting time is applicable to everyone. If those were paying customers, I doubt if they will stay. I think it was only with us bloggers who will review the place.

Our share of advice: hopefully next time, they should have prepared the venue and the services already despite the bulk of the customers coming in. They should have just invited us on a different schedule instead of letting us wait for so long. I would rather pay the service and be serviced first, instead of availing it for free while waiting that long.

  3. I never heard of a baby spa before either, it sounds really intriguing. It's great that it is open 24 hours and mother can go there whenever they have time. The long wait is definitely not a plus, same with the very short actually spa time.

    1. The waiting time only happened to us I guess. I doubt if they would do it with their regular customers.

  4. A baby even needs a spa? That is so cute 😃 But I don't think I will ever have the patience for the wait, no matter how worth! Great concept though.

  5. Waiting for 6 hours? You're so patient! I would have walked out a coupla hours into it. And from your description, the spa itself only took a little time. Reminds of when I get my braces adjusted. I wait for more than a coupla hours, then the adjustment itself takes less than 20 minutes. But it's something I need though, so there's no getting around it despite the long waiting time. But for a spa, even for my [hyperactive] kid? Uhm, thanks but no thanks.

  6. I didn't know that there is a baby spa here in the Philippines. This is my first time to hear about them. This is interesting. Although, I also massaged my babies and kids when they were babies and until they were preschoolers. It helps calm them and makes sleeping easier.

    1. Same here. I even watched tutorials so I can do it carefully and correctly for my baby.

  7. Spas for babies!!! I am amazed by this spa industry! Don't know whether to hate them or love them. I feel sorry that my kids were deprived of this. :D These modern babies are indeed a lucky lot! Lovely pics.

  8. Say what?? Spa for babies? Now, that's the first time I've heard something like it. I just hope all the ladies managing and doing the treatments know what they are doing. Because learning from my cousins and their kids, babies still have fragile body parts that could easily get damaged. But yeah, waiting time is a no no especially for events like that. They should have closed temporarily to cater for you guys.

    1. Even if they did not close for us, they should have assigned masseur prior when we arrived to make everything easy for everyone.

Yes, I know they were trained to massage babies. They even know how to handle the babies and make them comfortable with them.

  9. Wow! I so love the idea. How I wish they have something like this within the metro. Surely, most moms would love going there as well. It is great, too, that they partner with a baby brand. It makes the experience more worthwhile knowing that such well known brand is supporting their cause.

    1. I don't think they are partnered with the baby brand you saw in the photo. It is just solely for the kit.

  10. What? A baby spa? I've never heard of that one! But it seems very promising. Maybe I should bring my nieces here some other time? :D <3

  11. This is actually the first time I have heard for baby spas. The concept is great and I fully support it. But I have to admit that the kids these days are truly happy. They have everything one could possibly imagine. Back in my times you were happy if you had a few toys. It is nice to know that our civilization is truly progressing.

    1. I heard from the manager that the concept was inspired by baby spas in Singapore. And yes, I believe that children nowadays are happier. Guess it comes with the generation they are in.
